These Hi-Tech pushrods from COMP Cams are designed to help you achieve that precision. They are 8.000 inches long with a 5/16 inch diameter, a common size for many performance applications, and feature a .105 inch wall thickness.

What sets these apart is their construction from seamless chromemoly steel tubing. This material, combined with the thicker .105 inch wall, makes them 17 percent stiffer than standard .080 inch wall pushrods. This improved stiffness helps prevent flex under load, leading to more consistent valve lift and better overall valvetrain stability. COMP Cams also ensures consistent oil flow by maintaining the same diameter oil holes as standard pushrods. Each pushrod is OD ground for consistency, finished with a black oxide coating, and laser-etched with its length and part number for easy identification during installation.
