This set includes sixteen 8.200-inch long, 5/16-inch diameter Hi-Tech pushrods from COMP Cams. These are built from a single piece of seamless chromemoly steel tubing with a .105-inch wall thickness, making them 17% stiffer than standard .080-inch wall pushrods. This added stiffness helps maintain valvetrain stability, especially in performance applications.
The .105 wall Hi-Tech pushrods are OD ground for consistent diameter and feature a black oxide finish for durability. COMP Cams also ensures the oil flow is the same as standard pushrods by maintaining the same diameter oil holes. Each pushrod is laser-etched with its length and part number, making identification straightforward during installation.
