When you're rebuilding the top end of your engine, you'll get a full set of sixteen 8.100-inch long, dual taper pushrods with this COMP Cams kit. These aren't your average pushrods; they're designed with a unique dual taper. The middle section is larger in diameter than the ends, giving you the benefits of a beefy 7/16-inch pushrod while still offering the clearance you'd expect from a 3/8-inch option. This design helps provide extra clearance for rocker arm adjusters at peak lift and can also clear the top of most offset roller lifters, which is handy for higher-flowing intake ports.

These pushrods are built tough. They're made in the USA from one-piece, heat-treated 4130 chromemoly steel tubing. That .165-inch wall thickness is significantly stiffer and stronger than older .125-inch wall designs, leading to more accurate valve motion and better durability over time. The 5/16-inch ball ends are also formed with a specific radius to ensure good contact with your rocker arms.
