If you're building or rebuilding an engine and need precise valve control, these pushrods are designed to help you achieve that. They are 9.450 inches long and feature a unique dual taper design where the middle of the pushrod is larger in diameter than the ends.

This design offers the benefits of a larger 7/16-inch pushrod for stiffness and accurate valve motion, but with the clearance of a 3/8-inch pushrod. The taper helps provide extra clearance for rocker arm adjusters at peak lift, and also clears the top of most offset roller lifters, which is especially helpful if you're working with a higher-flowing intake port. The .165-inch wall thickness is notably stiffer and stronger than previous .125-inch wall offerings, contributing to more accurate valve train operation and overall durability.

These pushrods are made in the USA from one-piece, heat-treated 4130 chromemoly steel tubing, making them a strong option for demanding applications. The 5/16-inch ball ends are also formed with a radius to offer additional clearance where they meet the rocker arm adjuster at maximum lift. This set includes 16 pushrods, enough for a full engine.
