Product Details
This set includes sixteen COMP Cams Dual Taper pushrods, each measuring 9.900 inches long with a .165-inch wall thickness and a 7/16-inch diameter. These pushrods are designed to offer the clearance benefits of a 3/8-inch pushrod while maintaining the rigidity of a larger 7/16-inch diameter. The dual taper design means the middle section is larger than the ends, which helps provide extra clearance for rocker arm adjusters at peak lift and can also clear the top of offset roller lifters.
Built in the USA from one-piece, heat-treated 4130 chromemoly steel tubing, these pushrods are notably strong and durable. The thicker .165-inch wall is stiffer than previous .125-inch wall offerings, leading to more accurate valve motion. Both 5/16-inch ball ends feature a 210-degree radius for improved rocker arm clearance.
