COMP Cams is well-known for performance camshafts and valvetrain components. This hardware kit is designed to work with their 210 Two-Piece Billet Aluminum Timing Cover for Chevrolet Small Block and 90 Degree V6 engines, as well as their 310 Three-Piece Billet Timing Cover.
This kit includes all the necessary bolts, washers, and gaskets that originally came with those timing covers. Using the correct hardware helps eliminate timing cover flex, which can lead to erratic ignition timing. It also allows for camshaft replacement without disturbing the oil pan seal. The kit is designed with an endplay adjustment feature that includes a dial indicator access hole, simplifying adjustments.
