COMP Cams Rocker Arm Stud Kit - GM LS7/LT

If you're working on a GM LS7 or LT engine, this rocker arm stud kit from COMP Cams is designed to make your valve train more stable. By linking pairs of rocker arms together, this system helps to increase the stiffness of the entire valve train. This means more of the camshaft's lift actually makes it to the valve, making your camshaft perform like a slightly bigger one. It also helps prevent the valve train from going out of control, even with higher lift camshafts.

The key to this system is a tri-layer bushing, which is used instead of needle bearings. This design helps reduce deflection, leading to less wear on the rocker arm pads and increased rigidity. The system ensures the rocker pad stays parallel with the valve tip throughout its sweep, allowing for valve lifts up to .675 inches safely. It's designed as a bolt-on installation for GM Gen V LT1, LT2, LT4, LT5, and L86 engines, and it doesn't require any modifications to your stock rocker arms.

This kit features M8x1.25 threads on both sides and has an overall stud length of 52mm. It comes with 12-point flange nuts. Remember to check your service manual for the correct torque specifications and installation process, as it follows factory settings. While it fits many Gen V LT engines, it does NOT fit GM Gen V L83 (5.3L) cylinder heads.
