COMP Cams Rocker Arm Ultra Gold Arc LS1

When you're rebuilding the top end of your LS-based engine, what you get in this box is a full set of sixteen Ultra-Gold ARC Series rocker arms, along with the necessary bolts and mounts. These are a non-adjustable, pedestal-mount design, similar to stock, but built to handle more. They feature a 1.82 ratio, which is a convenient way to increase valve lift without needing a full camshaft swap, making them a popular choice for many LS engine builds.

What sets these apart is their construction. The CNC-extruded aluminum body is significantly stiffer and stronger than stock rockers and many other aftermarket aluminum designs. This increased rigidity is crucial, especially when you're running higher-load valve springs or a high-lift cam. The roller tip is a notable upgrade over the stock slider design, reducing friction and wear, which is essential for components seeing increased load. Inside, a larger-than-stock billet trunnion package uses captured needle bearings to help prevent failures, a common weak point in other designs. These are designed for a wide range of GM LS1, LS2, LS6, and LS-based truck engines (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L), but will not work with certain newer direct injection or rectangle port head engines.

While these are a direct bolt-down design, keep in mind that aftermarket valve covers, valve cover spacers, or some valve cover clearancing might be needed to fit everything properly.
