Cuts cylinder head spring seats to 1.320" diameter / Cuts to .630" inner diameter. For installing larger springs and hardened spring seats on GM Vortec heads. Requires the use of an arbor/pilot, which are available for 5/16", 11/32" and 3/8" valve stem sizes.
