COMP Cams Stage 2 Master Camshaft Kit Dodge 5.7/6.1 HEMI 2003-2008

The HRT Blower Stage 2 Hydraulic Roller Master Kit from COMP Cams features advanced lobe profiles designed to maximize horsepower and torque, especially for engines equipped with larger superchargers or turbochargers. These lobes are engineered with COMP Cams' "Low Shock Technology" (LST), which not only helps achieve higher average power gains but also improves stability at higher RPMs. This design is also gentler on your valve springs, which can lead to improved durability and less load loss over time.

This kit includes camshafts that have undergone the Micro Surface Enhancement (MSE) finishing process. This process reduces surface roughness and significantly increases the effective load-bearing area, by 250%, making the camshaft stronger and better able to handle higher loads. This particular Stage 2 kit is best suited for more race-oriented builds and larger blower applications, and has been dyno tested to perform well beyond 7500 RPM.

To ensure proper installation and performance, this kit requires a COMP Cams DOD Delete Kit and upgraded valve springs, such as the COMP Cams 7228 springs.
