Corsa 2023-2025 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 Black Out Heat Protection Shields

The C8 Corvette Z06 is a marvel of engineering, but that mid-engine layout means a lot of heat builds up in the exhaust cavity. Chevrolet added some aluminum reflective shielding behind the rear tire, but it's not exactly a looker, especially when visible through the exhaust bezels. CORSA Performance offers these black heat shields to not only hide that factory eye-sore but also add an extra layer of protection from excessive exhaust heat.

These shields are constructed with a 10mm black-coated aluminum core, reinforced with a 1/8 composite glass core, and are pre-shaped to fit right into the rear tire cavity of your C8 Z06. The installation is straightforward – just peel and stick the self-adhesive backing, which is designed to hold up against temperature, wind, and water. Beyond heat management, these shields also help absorb sound, potentially cutting down road noise by up to 50 percent. They're tested to withstand temperatures up to 1750 degrees Fahrenheit and work with any exhaust system, including the stock one.
