Rein Automotive OE Quality Problem Solver Engine Oil Cooler Replacement Kit covers all Mercedes OM642 engines, which suffer from oil leaks as described in Mercedes Service Bulletin LI18.30-P-055434. This kit includes a Nissens Denmark oil cooler, all seals, gaskets and stretch bolts needed to fix oil leaks inside the V of the engine. The leaks may have lead to Check Oil Level or Oil Level Low messages on the vehicle instrument cluster, decreased oil level measurements, oil puddles or stains underneath the vehicle. The OE, as well as our Rein solution, uses upgraded Vitom oil cooler seals to combat this issue when a leaking oil cooler makes a complete upgrade the sustainable solution.
