Rein OE Quality 722.6 Automatic Transmission Conductor Plate Service kit offers a comprehensive solution to the commonly failing valve body conductor plate on higher mileage models. Symptoms of a bad conductor plate may include a malfunction light, loss of speed tracking, erratic shifting and or being stuck in limp mode. Originally labeled as a sealed for life transmission, Mercedes-Benz now recommends changing the filter and fluid every 60,000 miles. Along with the conductor plate, Rein's kit also includes a replacement harness plug sleeve, an oil filter, oil pan gasket, dipstick cover locking pin and drain plug washer. Rein recommends the OE or Pentosin ATF-134 ultra high-performance automatic transmission fluid for this service.
