CSF partnered with A/C Solutions, a company founded by an E28 enthusiast, to develop this radiator. It features a 1-row, 31mm aluminum core that's designed for better heat dissipation. CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology increases heat transfer by about 15% compared to standard oval tubes, and with 35% more cooling fins, this radiator will outperform the stock unit. The multi-louvered fins are shaped to maximize airflow, ensuring efficient cooling even under hard driving. The entire radiator is TIG-welded for increased strength and durability, offering a well-built aluminum construction that's more robust than the original plastic-tanked design.

This radiator is a true plug-and-play replacement, meaning it mounts in the factory location without any modifications needed. It also includes two M14x1.5 temperature sensor ports on the side tank, which is a handy feature for monitoring your coolant temps. A drain plug is also included, making coolant flushes much simpler than on the original radiator.
