Starting with a heavy gauge Brite-Tread aluminum construction, this 43-gallon auxiliary tank from Dee Zee is built for the long haul. The black powder coat finish not only looks sharp but also adds a layer of protection. A notable design choice is the radius curve construction, which helps eliminate pressure points at key weld locations, contributing to the tank's overall durability. This tank is designed for transporting non-flammable liquids and can be connected to a gravity flow kit (sold separately) to syphon fuel directly into your vehicle's diesel tank.

Inside, you'll find stability baffles to help keep the liquid from sloshing around excessively. It also comes equipped with a lockable cap for security, a 3/8 inch drainage plug for easy emptying, and a venting coupler. This tank is intended for private use and is not designed to function as an integrated auxiliary fuel system for your vehicle. It has been hydrostatically pressure tested to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements for auxiliary tanks and meets Federal DOT requirements for UN31B tanks.

This versatile tank fits a wide range of trucks, including popular models like the Chevrolet C1500, Ford F-150, and Dodge Ram 1500. Please note that connector kits to feed diesel directly into your fuel line are sold separately. Also, this tank is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
