Constructed from heavy-gauge Brite-Tread aluminum, the main transfer tank section is 0.125 inches thick, while the utility chest is made from 0.056-inch aluminum. Dee Zee uses a radius curve design to eliminate stress points at the welds, making it a well-built unit. Inside, you'll find four stability baffles to help manage liquid slosh and a 3/8-inch drain plug for easy emptying. The tank also includes a lockable stainless steel paddle handle for security and a venting coupler for proper airflow. It’s important to note this tank is intended for private use and is not designed as an auxiliary fuel system, nor is it for use with gasoline. It also does not meet federal regulations for transporting liquids.
