You get one 36-inch length of DEI's Vapor Block sleeve, with a 3/8-inch inside diameter. This sleeve is designed to tackle a common issue: vapor lock. When fuel lines get too hot, the fuel can boil, creating a vapor bubble that prevents the fuel pump from delivering liquid fuel to the engine. This leads to rough idling and makes starting your vehicle difficult, especially after it's been sitting in the heat. Vapor Block works by creating a thermal barrier around your fuel line, keeping the fuel cooler and below its boiling point.

The construction here is a glass fiber and polyester material laminated to an aluminum outer layer, giving you solid thermal protection. It’s made with a split design and has a built-in adhesive flap, so installation is straightforward. You can simply wrap it around the fuel line and press the flap down to secure it, without needing to disconnect anything. It’s also easy to cut to the length you need. While it's specifically great for fuel lines to prevent vapor lock, you can use it on any cable, hose, or line that needs extra heat protection, just be sure not to apply it directly to exhaust components.
