Deka's ETX30LA is the same AGM power sport battery as the popular ETX30L with one addition: a plastic riser plate in the box. Some personal watercraft and other powersport applications need a slightly taller battery to properly engage the hold-down bracket, and the riser plate takes care of that without requiring a different battery size.
Under the hood, the specs are identical to the ETX30L. You get 400 cold cranking amps, 20 amp-hours of capacity, and 12 volts in a package measuring 6.96 by 3.46 by 6.10 inches at 21.6 pounds. The AGM construction keeps it spill-proof and leak-proof in any orientation, and it arrives factory activated and fully charged with no acid filling or initial charging needed.
Designed for ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, UTVs, and personal watercraft, the ETX30LA replaces both the 4014609 and YTX30L-BS battery sizes.
