DFC 15-24 Ford Edge Rear Drilled & Slotted Geoperformance Rotors 5000 Advanced Brake Pads w/Hardware

This DFC kit gives you everything you need for a rear brake job on a range of vehicles, including the Ford Edge, Lincoln Continental, and Lincoln Nautilus. You get a pair of DFC Geoperformance drilled and slotted rotors, a set of DFC 5000 Advanced brake pads, and all the necessary hardware to get the job done right. The rotors are coated with a silver-gray finish that resists rust and saves you time during installation because there's no oil to clean off. The coating is designed to be swept away by the brake pads as they wear in.

The Geoperformance rotors are made from G3000/G11H18 cast iron, meeting OEM specifications for durability and stability. They're machined to tight tolerances with a non-directional finish that helps with faster brake pad break-in, leading to quieter and smoother stops. The drilled holes help reduce heat buildup, while the slots remove brake dust and road debris, preventing pad glazing and giving you more bite for shorter stopping distances, especially in wet conditions. The 5000 Advanced brake pads are specifically formulated for each axle to ensure balanced braking, which is important for vehicles with ABS. They are also post-cured and scorched to minimize break-in time and improve initial stopping power. The included hardware kit features rubber-coated abutment clips and stainless steel components to reduce noise and vibration, and minimize drag for better fuel efficiency.
