Starting with G3000/G11H18 cast iron, these DFC Geoperformance rotors are machined to tight tolerances and finished with a non-directional grind. This helps promote a faster, more even brake pad bed-in for quieter and smoother stops. The rotors are then coated with a special silver-gray finish that fights rust better than conventional paint or zinc coatings, saving you time during installation because you don't need to clean off oil. This coating is safely swept away by the brake pads as they wear.

The drilled holes in the rotors help reduce heat buildup, while the slots work to remove brake dust and road debris, preventing pad glazing and giving you a stronger grab on the pads. This means shorter stopping distances, especially in wet weather. The included DFC 5000 Advanced brake pads are specifically formulated for each axle to maintain balanced braking, which is important for vehicles with ABS. They are also 100% post-cured and scorched to minimize break-in time and increase stopping power from the first stop. The pads use DFC Premium Rubber-Steel-Rubber shims to help reduce noise and vibration.
