The original equipment window regulator and motor assembly on certain Tesla vehicles can malfunction when the factory design's cable tensioners allow excessive slack, leading to cable tangling, derailing, and eventually failure. This Dorman OE FIX replacement regulator and motor assembly features longer tensioners and deeper channels on the cable reel to help better prevent these issues in the future.
