When you're pushing your Polaris General 1000 hard, especially in the rear right or left position, the factory axle can sometimes be a weak point. These Hydra Axles are made to be a direct replacement, meaning they fit right into place without needing any extra modifications, making the swap straightforward.

DragonFire uses a dual-heat treating process on the entire axle shaft, which further increases its strength compared to stock components. They also pack these axles with high-quality moly grease inside TPEE CV boots, designed to allow for wider articulation angles. This means the axle can flex more during aggressive maneuvers or over rough terrain without binding up. The overall size of the CV joints is also 15-20% larger than what comes from the factory, adding to their durability and capability.
