This kit is designed for Buick 3.8L V6 engines, specifically for those looking to build a serious performance or racing powerplant. It includes all the core pieces you need to get your engine's bottom end rebuilt with robust internals.

At the heart of this assembly is a 3.400-inch forged 4140 steel crankshaft, chosen for its strength and durability under high stress. Paired with it are 5.967-inch H-beam connecting rods, which are known for their solid construction and ability to handle significant power. These rods come with 3/8-inch ARP 2000 bolts, a popular choice for their reliability in demanding applications. The pistons are forged 2618 JE units, featuring an inverted dome design with a -28.6cc volume and a 3.810-inch bore size, ready for custom tuning and high compression builds. They also include plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize performance and sealing. Rounding out the assembly are King XP rod and main bearings, recognized for their excellent load-carrying capacity and smooth operation.
