Starting with a 4.250-inch forged 4140 steel crankshaft, this Eagle Pro Street Rotating Assembly is built for serious performance in naturally-aspirated racing applications. The crankshaft is paired with 6.385-inch 4340 steel I-beam connecting rods, which are secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts. This combination offers a strong foundation for a high-performance Chevrolet 454 engine build.
The kit includes forged 4032 aluminum pistons from ICON, featuring a 23cc dome and a 4.350-inch bore size, designed to work with the +.100 inch overbore specification. These pistons come with plasma-moly file-fit piston rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize sealing and performance. To complete the assembly, King XP rod and main bearings are included, known for their durability and performance under demanding conditions.
