When you're building a high-performance Chevy 327 engine, especially for racing applications, a strong rotating assembly is the heart of the operation. It includes a forged 4340 crankshaft with a 3.250-inch stroke, paired with 5.700-inch H-beam connecting rods. These rods come equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability under stress.

The pistons included are forged 4032 Mahle units, featuring a 5cc dome and a 4.060-inch bore size, designed to work with the specific compression ratio and displacement of a 327 build. To ensure proper ring seal and performance, this assembly comes with plasma-moly file-fit piston rings. For smooth operation and durability, King XP rod and main bearings are also part of this package. This assembly is intended for demanding use, including racing with nitrous or forced induction, and is built with robust materials to handle the extra stress.
