If you're building a high-performance Chevy 327 engine for racing, especially with power adders like nitrous or forced induction, a strong rotating assembly is the heart of your build. This Eagle Competition Rotating Assembly is designed to handle the stresses of demanding applications, providing a solid foundation for your engine.

This assembly starts with a 3.250-inch forged 4340 crankshaft, known for its strength and durability under high loads. Paired with it are 6.000-inch H-beam connecting rods, which offer a robust design suitable for racing. These rods are secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a popular choice for their reliability in high-stress environments. The pistons are forged 2618 ICON flat-tops with a -4.9cc dish, designed for a 4.060-inch bore, and come with plasma-moly file-fit rings. This combination is intended to provide good performance and durability. The assembly also includes KING XP rod and main bearings, which are well-regarded for their performance in high-load situations.
