This assembly starts with a 3.480-inch cast crankshaft, paired with 6.000-inch I-beam connecting rods. These rods are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a strong choice for ensuring the rods stay firmly attached under load. The pistons are Hypereutectic KB 'Claimer' flat tops, measuring 4.040 inches in bore size, and come with Plasma-Moly standard gap rings. For smooth operation and durability, King SI rod and main bearings are included. The entire assembly is internally balanced and comes with a 168-tooth flexplate, simplifying installation.
