This assembly starts with a 3.750-inch cast crankshaft, paired with 5.700-inch I-beam connecting rods. These rods are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a strong choice for ensuring reliability under load. The pistons are forged 4032 aluminum from ICON, featuring a -5cc flat top design and intended for a 4.040-inch bore. They come with plasma-moly standard gap rings, which help with sealing and oil control. For the bottom end, King SI rod and main bearings are included, offering good wear resistance. This entire package is internally balanced and comes with a 153-tooth flexplate, making it ready for installation into your engine block.
