Starting with a 3.750-inch cast crankshaft, this Eagle rotating assembly is built for street performance on pump gas. It features 6.000-inch I-beam connecting rods secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, designed to handle the stresses of a naturally aspirated street engine. The assembly includes 4.060-inch forged 4032 Mahle pistons with an inverted dome design and a -16cc volume, paired with plasma-moly file-fit rings for a solid seal.

This balanced assembly comes complete with King rod and main bearings, a damper, and a flexplate, making it a comprehensive solution for your Chevy 350 build. The 4032 aluminum alloy used in the pistons offers good thermal expansion characteristics, suitable for street applications where consistent performance is key. The file-fit rings allow for precise gap adjustment, which is crucial for optimizing compression and oil control in a performance engine.
