This assembly starts with a 3.750-inch cast crankshaft, paired with 5.700-inch I-beam connecting rods. These rods are well-built and feature 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a common upgrade for ensuring they hold tight under load. The pistons are forged 4032 DSS units with an inverted dome design, measuring 4.125 inches in bore size and featuring a -16cc dish to help achieve a pump gas-friendly compression ratio. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, meaning you'll need to gap them to your specific application for optimal performance and sealing. To round out the package, it includes King rod and main bearings, known for their reliable performance in street applications.
