Starting with the 3.750-inch cast crankshaft, this Eagle Street & Strip rotating assembly is built for pump gas, naturally aspirated street applications. It's a solid foundation for a refreshed or performance-oriented Chevy 400 engine build where reliability on regular fuel is key.

The assembly includes 5.700-inch I-beam connecting rods, which are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and ability to handle increased stress. Paired with these rods are forged 4032 DSS pistons featuring an inverted dome design with a -16cc volume, specifically chosen to work with a 4.165-inch bore. This piston design helps achieve a desirable compression ratio for pump gas operation. The kit also comes with plasma-moly file-fit piston rings, allowing for precise gap setting during installation to ensure optimal sealing and performance. King SI rod and main bearings are included, providing well-built lubrication surfaces for the crankshaft and connecting rods.
