Starting with the 3.750-inch cast crankshaft, this balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is built for performance in your Chevy 400 engine. The I-beam connecting rods measure 5.700 inches long and come equipped with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability under stress. This combination is designed to handle the demands of street and strip applications, offering a solid foundation for your engine build.

The assembly includes Hypereutectic Speed-Pro pistons with a -7cc flat top design and a 4.155-inch bore size. These pistons are paired with plasma-moly standard gap rings, which help ensure a good seal for improved compression and performance. For lubrication and wear protection, King rod and main bearings are included, providing a well-protected interface for the crankshaft and connecting rods. This entire package is balanced as an assembly, which is crucial for reducing engine vibration and ensuring smooth operation at higher RPMs.
