If you're building a naturally-aspirated Chevy 427 for racing, this balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is a solid option. It includes a forged 4340 crankshaft with a 3.766-inch stroke, paired with 6.135-inch 4340 I-beam connecting rods. These rods are equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability under stress.

The assembly also comes with forged 4032 Icon pistons designed for a 10.2cc closed chamber dome, with a 4.320-inch bore size. These pistons are matched with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize performance and sealing. King XP rod and main bearings are included, offering improved durability and reduced friction for your engine build. This entire assembly is balanced from the factory, saving you a critical step and ensuring proper engine operation right out of the box.
