At the heart of this assembly is a 3.766-inch forged 4340 crankshaft, chosen for its strength and durability under high stress. Paired with it are 6.135-inch I-beam connecting rods, also made from robust 4340 steel, and secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their reliability in performance engines. The pistons are forged 4032 aluminum from ICON, featuring a 41cc dome and a 4.280-inch bore size, designed to work with the included plasma-moly file-fit rings. To ensure proper clearances and smooth operation right out of the box, this assembly comes complete with King XP rod and main bearings.

This assembly is balanced from the factory, which is a crucial step for any performance engine build. Proper balancing reduces vibration, leading to a smoother running engine and potentially extending the life of other components.
