Eagle Chevy 427/454 3.766in Crank 6.135in H-Beam 41cc Dome 4.250in Pistons Rotating Assembly

This Eagle Competition Rotating Assembly starts with a 3.766-inch forged 4340 crankshaft, a solid foundation for high-performance builds. It’s designed to handle the stresses of serious racing, including applications using nitrous oxide or forced induction. The choice of forged 4340 steel for the crank means it’s well-built to resist bending and twisting under extreme loads.

Paired with the crank are 6.135-inch H-beam connecting rods, known for their strength and reliability in demanding situations. These rods come equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a popular choice for their ability to maintain clamping force under high RPM and cylinder pressures. The assembly also includes 4.250-inch forged 4032 pistons from ICON, featuring a 41cc dome to help achieve desired compression ratios. These pistons are fitted with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize sealing and performance. For the bottom end, King XP rod and main bearings are included, offering robust wear resistance and smooth operation.
