Starting with a 4.000-inch forged 4340 crankshaft, this Eagle Pro Street rotating assembly is built for serious performance in Chevy 454 engines. The 4340 forged steel construction of both the crank and the 6.135-inch I-beam connecting rods means they can handle the stresses of naturally-aspirated racing applications. These rods are secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability under high loads.

The assembly includes ICON forged 2618 aluminum pistons, featuring a 27cc closed chamber dome design and a 4.250-inch bore size. These pistons are paired with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize sealing and performance. For the bottom end, King XP rod and main bearings are included, offering robust lubrication and wear resistance for the critical rotating components. This combination is designed to provide a strong foundation for a high-performance engine build.
