This Eagle Competition Rotating Assembly gives you a solid foundation for your Chevy 454 build, especially if you're planning on racing, using nitrous, or forced induction. What you get in this kit is a 4.000-inch forged 4340 crankshaft, a set of 6.135-inch H-beam connecting rods, and 4.320-inch, 38cc dome forged 2618 pistons from Icon. It also includes plasma-moly file-fit rings and King XP rod and main bearings to complete the rotating assembly.

The forged 4340 steel crankshaft is built tough for demanding applications, and the H-beam connecting rods are known for their strength, especially when paired with the included 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts. The Icon pistons are forged from 2618 aluminum, a material chosen for its ability to handle high temperatures and pressures, and the 38cc dome shape is designed for specific compression ratios. The plasma-moly file-fit rings allow for precise gapping to match your engine's bore and intended use, ensuring good sealing. King XP bearings are included, offering robust performance for the main and rod journals.
