Starting with a 4.000 inch cast crankshaft, this balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is built for your Chevy 454 engine. It’s designed for street vehicles running on pump gas and naturally aspirated setups, making it a solid choice for a rebuild or performance upgrade where you want reliable power without forced induction.

The assembly includes 6.135 inch I-beam connecting rods, which are strong and well-suited for street performance. These rods are secured with 7/16 inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their reliability under stress. The pistons are Hypereutectic KB style with a 25.5cc dome, measuring 4.350 inches in diameter. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, giving you flexibility during installation to achieve a proper seal. King SI rod and main bearings are also included, providing good wear resistance for the rotating assembly.

This assembly comes balanced from the factory, which is a crucial step for smooth engine operation and longevity. Balancing reduces vibration and stress on other engine components.
