If you're rebuilding the heart of your Chevy 454 for naturally-aspirated racing, this balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is a solid foundation. It's built to handle the demands of performance builds where every component needs to work together seamlessly.

This assembly starts with a forged 4340 steel crankshaft featuring a 4.000-inch stroke, providing the displacement needed for serious power. Paired with it are 6.135-inch long I-beam connecting rods, also made from strong 4340 steel, and secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts for reliable clamping force under high stress. The pistons are forged 2618 aluminum from ICON, featuring a 43cc dome shape and a 4.350-inch bore size, designed to work with the crank and rod combination for optimal compression in a naturally-aspirated setup. It also includes plasma-moly file-fit piston rings, which allow for precise gapping to match your specific engine build, and King XP series rod and main bearings for smooth operation and durability.

This entire assembly comes balanced from the factory, saving you a significant step and ensuring smooth operation right out of the box. Keep in mind this assembly is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It also carries a Prop 65 warning.
