This Eagle Competition Rotating Assembly gives you the core components to build a robust Chevy 454 engine. Inside this kit, you'll find a forged 4.000-inch stroke crankshaft made from 4340 steel, ready to handle significant power. Paired with the crank are 6.385-inch H-beam connecting rods, which are known for their strength and reliability in high-performance applications. These rods come equipped with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a popular choice for their durability and consistent clamping force.

The assembly also includes forged 2618 aluminum pistons from Mahle, featuring a 28cc dome and a 4.310-inch bore size. These pistons are designed to work with the included plasma-moly file-fit piston rings, allowing for precise ring gap adjustment during assembly. To complete the rotating assembly, King XP series rod and main bearings are provided, offering excellent wear resistance and performance under demanding conditions. This combination is well-suited for racing, including setups that use nitrous oxide or forced induction.
