Starting with a 4.625-inch forged 4340 steel crankshaft featuring center counterweights is key for building a serious Chevy 502 engine. This balanced rotating assembly from Eagle is designed to handle the most demanding applications, whether you're running exotic fuels, heavy nitrous, or high boost levels. The center counterweight design helps to reduce vibration and stress on the crankshaft, which is crucial for longevity in high-performance engines.

This assembly includes 6.800-inch H-beam connecting rods, known for their strength and reliability under extreme loads. They're secured with 7/16-inch ARP L19 bolts, a strong choice for high-stress builds. For the pistons, you get 4.600-inch forged 2618 JE pistons with a 49cc dome, designed to work with the crankshaft and rods for optimal compression and performance.
