If you're building a naturally-aspirated LS1 engine for racing, this Eagle Pro Street rotating assembly is a solid foundation. It includes a 4.000-inch forged 4140 crankshaft, 6.125-inch 4340 I-beam connecting rods with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, and 3.903-inch forged 4032 DSS flat-top pistons with a -5cc dish. This assembly is designed to handle the demands of racing applications where forced induction isn't being used.

The forged 4140 crankshaft offers strength for high-RPM use, while the 4340 I-beam connecting rods are well-built for their intended purpose. The included pistons are forged from 4032 aluminum, which is known for its good thermal expansion properties, making them suitable for performance builds. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise ring gap adjustment during installation. King XP rod and main bearings are also included, providing reliable lubrication and reduced friction for the rotating assembly.

This assembly is specifically configured for a 24-tooth reluctor wheel, common in many LS1 applications.
