This assembly includes a forged 4.000-inch long snout crankshaft, 6.125-inch I-beam connecting rods with ARP 7/16-inch 8740 bolts, and 4.005-inch forged Mahle pistons with -28cc inverted domes.

The crankshaft is forged from 4340 steel, known for its strength and durability under high stress. The 58-tooth reluctor wheel is integrated, simplifying setup for many LS2 applications. The Mahle pistons are forged from 4032 aluminum, which offers good thermal expansion properties for a tighter piston-to-wall clearance. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise ring gap setting. King XP rod and main bearings are included, offering robust lubrication and wear resistance for demanding use.
