Starting with a forged 4140 steel crankshaft measuring 3.622 inches, this Eagle rotating assembly is built for serious performance in Chevy LS3 engines. It features a 24-tooth reluctor wheel, essential for proper engine management in many LS applications. The heart of this assembly includes 6.125-inch long I-beam connecting rods made from strong 4340 steel, secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts. These rods are paired with forged 2618 aluminum pistons from Mahle, featuring an inverted dome design with a -12cc volume and a 4.075-inch bore size. The pistons come complete with plasma-moly file-fit piston rings, allowing for precise gap setting during installation to optimize performance and sealing. King XP rod and main bearings are also included, providing durable and reliable lubrication surfaces for the crankshaft and connecting rods.
