Starting with a 4.000-inch stroke forged crankshaft, this Eagle rotating assembly is built for serious LS3 engine builds. The crankshaft is forged from 4340 steel, a strong material chosen for its ability to handle high stress and torque, making it a solid foundation for performance applications. It features a 58-tooth reluctor wheel, which is standard for most LS3 applications, ensuring proper crank position sensing for the engine control module.

Complementing the crankshaft are 6.125-inch long H-beam connecting rods, also forged from 4340 steel. The H-beam design offers a good balance of strength and weight, making these rods well-suited for boosted or high-RPM engines. They are paired with 4.065-inch bore pistons that feature a -25cc dish. This dish volume is specifically designed to achieve a target compression ratio when used with typical LS3 cylinder heads and a stock bore block, though final compression will depend on your specific head gasket thickness and combustion chamber volume.
