The pistons are forged 2618 aluminum from Mahle, featuring an inverted dome design with an -18cc volume and a 4.155-inch bore size, which helps achieve a specific compression ratio suitable for boosted or nitrous applications. This assembly also includes plasma-moly file-fit piston rings and King XP rod and main bearings, ensuring smooth operation and longevity.
