It's paired with 5.700-inch I-beam connecting rods, which are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts. This combination is designed to handle the demands of street use and naturally aspirated applications on pump gas.

The assembly includes forged 4032 Icon pistons with a -5cc flat top design, intended for a 4.060-inch bore. These pistons come with plasma-moly standard gap rings, which help ensure a good seal against the cylinder walls for improved compression and oil control. King SI rod and main bearings are included to provide durable lubrication surfaces for the crankshaft and connecting rods. To make installation easier, the assembly is fully balanced and comes with a 168-tooth flexplate, ready for a manual transmission setup.
