Starting with a forged 4340 steel crankshaft with a 4.500-inch stroke, this Eagle rotating assembly is built for serious performance in your Chevy Tall 454 engine. The crankshaft is paired with 6.700-inch H-beam connecting rods, which are known for their strength and ability to handle high RPMs and significant power. These rods are secured with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts, a popular choice for their reliability under stress.

The pistons are forged 2618 aluminum from JE, featuring a 48cc dome and a 4.350-inch bore size, designed to work with the specific compression ratio and displacement of your build. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, allowing for precise gap setting to optimize sealing and performance. To ensure smooth operation and durability, the assembly includes King XP rod and main bearings, which offer improved load-carrying capacity and wear resistance.
