It’s paired with 6.123-inch I-beam connecting rods, which are a well-built choice for street applications. These rods come equipped with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability in keeping your engine together under load.

The pistons included are Hypereutectic KB 2.8cc quench dome pistons, sized at 4.030 inches. Hypereutectic pistons offer improved strength and thermal stability over standard cast pistons, making them a good choice for street performance. The 2.8cc dome design helps achieve a specific compression ratio, important for optimizing power and efficiency with pump gas. This assembly also features plasma-moly file-fit rings, which allow you to precisely set the ring gap for your specific application, ensuring good sealing and performance. King SI rod and main bearings are included to ensure smooth rotation and proper oil clearance for the crankshaft and connecting rods.
