At the heart of this assembly is a 3.400-inch cast crankshaft, paired with 5.400-inch I-beam connecting rods. These rods are secured with 3/8-inch ARP 8740 bolts, known for their strength and reliability under stress. The pistons are hypereutectic KB units with an inverted dome design, measuring 4.040 inches in bore size and featuring -16cc volume, which helps achieve a specific compression ratio. They come with plasma-moly file-fit rings, giving you the flexibility to set proper piston-to-wall clearance. For the bearings, you get King SI rod and main bearings, and the assembly is completed with a Pioneer damper and a 157-tooth flywheel, all balanced as a complete unit.
